GreenDesic Shipping Information

We are committed to providing each customer with personalized and efficient customer service to meet your needs. Once you place your order, you will receive an immediate reply email confirmation that we have received your order and are beginning to process it. You will receive a second email once the order is on its way to you specifying the shipping date and shipping method. Our shipping email subject line will say either "Your GreenDesic Order has Shipped Today" or "QuantumView UPS Ship Notification"

For orders shipped with Standard Shipping, if there are any delays beyond a few days, we will contact you. For orders shipped with Expedited Shipping, if there are any delays that will cause you not to receive your order within the time frame requested, we will contact you. If you need an order to arrive by a specific date, please let us know by contacting us, and we will try our best to accommodate your needs. You can contact us by telephone (650) 394-4751 or by email if you need an Expedited Air Order to arrive quickly.

If you wish to Contact Us, we ask that you reply to our emails or send us an email with GreenDesic in the Subject Line. This will help ensure that we properly receive your email into the correct folder so that we can act on it quickly. If you do not get a quick enough response from us regarding any email communication, we ask that you follow up with us by Telephone (650) 346-4040 so that we can take care of any issues you may have. If you call during non-business hours, please leave us a message and we will get back to you. Business hours are M-F 9-5 PST.

Our goal is to ship your order within 1 or 2 business days. Our standard shipping method is either the United Parcel Service (UPS Ground) or the United States Postal Service (USPS Mail) and includes all 50 states as well as US territories, Puerto Rico, APO and FPO boxes.

Heavy, Large or Oversize Items - Some larger items will have an extra charge of $20 - $90 added to it if it needs to be sent by Expedited Air. The actual cost will depend on the size, weight, shipping destination, and method of shipping 1, 2, or 3 Day Air. We will need to discuss this if you wish to have a package sent by Expedited shipping.
